Joshua Hamilton, a Texas native, has served as the director of African American Student Affairs at the University of Arizona and as an adjunct lecturer in that institution’s School of Education. He has also worked at Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Southern California. He is completing a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and his research and educational interests include students of color experiences, black feminist theory, and community building.
