We're excited at the prospect of promoting your event or study. The Pride Alliance is most able to accommodate promotion requests given 3 weeks prior to the event or study recruitment deadline in order for adequate review and posting time. Please review the information we will need from you below and submit an Event Promotion Request Form or a Study Promotion Request Form depending on your needs. 

Events

The Pride Alliance is able to promote events on a case by case basis. Please complete the Promotion Request Form if you would like to the Pride Alliance to share your information. The Promotion Request Form will ask for the following information:

• Flier or image   
• Post text to accompany the flier or image
• An image description of all images and all text included on the flier

Studies

The Pride Alliance is able to promote studies on a case by case basis. Please complete the Promotion Request Form if you would like to the Pride Alliance to share your study. The Promotion Request Form will ask for the following information:   

• Approved IRB number   
• Interview protocol (if applicable)
• Survey protocol (if applicable)
• Focus group protocol (if applicable)
• Flier or image
• Post text to accompany the flier or image
• An image description of all images and all text included on the flier
